Blending her love of food and all things green, Lillie created The Square Meal: fresh, from-scratch, package-free lunch buffets geared toward Vancouver’s tech crowd. Just 3 months shy of what would have been our ‘decade in food service’ landmark, Covid-19 hit. To say it hit hard would be an understatement. With 100% of our contracts frozen indefinitely, it was time to come up with a new plan.
